Over 20 years’ experience
Daniel has had over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a range of different locations and roles that have positioned him to be a market leading advisor to countless cafes and restaurants across the Sunshine Coast.
Daniel found his passion for food at a young age, completing his apprenticeship in a Greek restaurant in Brisbane while he was still at school. From there, Daniel worked in the kitchen at Da Gapo Greek Restaurant, Olive Pit and Roman Empire in Brisbane, and after moving to the Sunshine Coast owned his own restaurant ‘Melomy of the Meadows’ which was loved by many regulars and enjoyed by casual visitors alike for a period of 7 years until 2012, at which point Daniel stepped into the role of head chef at Bella Venezia and then Mykies by the Bay.
Daniel now utilises his experience to coach and support other restaurant and cafe owners from all areas of operation, from menus to packaging to custom branding and marketing, all directed towards helping other businesses to grow and flourish.
