Dan Saporita
Daniel is the owner and founder of Sapps and Co and has had over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in a range of different locations and roles that have positioned him to be a market leading advisor to countless cafes and restaurants across the Sunshine Coast.
Daniel found his passion for food at a young age, completing his apprenticeship in a Greek restaurant in Brisbane while he was still at school. From there, Daniel worked in the kitchen at Da Gapo Greek Restaurant, Olive Pit and Roman Empire in Brisbane, and after moving to the Sunshine Coast owned his own restaurant ‘Melomy of the Meadows’ which was loved by many regulars and enjoyed by casual visitors alike for a period of 7 years until 2012, at which point Daniel stepped into the role of head chef at Bella Venezia and then Mykies by the Bay.
Daniel now utilises his experience to coach and support other restaurant and cafe owners from all areas of operation, from menus to packaging to custom branding and marketing, all directed towards helping other businesses to grow and flourish.

Giselle - Accounts and Operations
Giselle has been an integral part of the Sapps and Co team for many years and is the glue that holds the team together. Giselle can be found behind the scenes managing operations, making coffee, answering calls, loading the deliveries and even jumps behind the wheel and gets out on the road delivering orders to our valued customers.

Costa - Warehouse and Deliveries
Costa has been with Sapps and Co for long enough to be considered part of the furniture. With many years experience out on the road, Costa has forged quality relationships with our valued customers and can be seen making the rounds throughout the week, dropping off deliveries with a smile.

Connor - Warehouse and Deliveries
Connor joined the Sapps and Co team in 2023 and has not looked back. His experience with coffee makes this his dream job, being surrounded everyday by all things coffee. Taking great care of the warehouse and incoming deliveries, Connor makes a mean coffee and makes sure our valued customers receive their orders on time every time!

Race - Warehouse and Deliveries
Race is the newest member of the team, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t feel like he’s been here forever. Quickly learning the ropes, Race has fast become an important member of the team, helping out with everything in the warehouse and out on the road every day ensuring that our valued customers are never left waiting for their orders.
